OFFICE NOTE 20.08.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 OF 2025 in Crl.P.Nos.9477, 9577 & 9813 of 2025 (ON BEING MENTIONED) These Interlocutory applications are filed praying this Court to rectify the common order passed in Crl.P.Nos.9477, 9577 & 9813 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025 by correcting the typographical mistake occurred in condition No.i of paragraph No.6, i.e., "Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar", instead of, "Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jadcherla".

Having being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, I.A.No.1 of 2025 in all the criminal petitions are ordered.

In view thereof, in condition No.i of paragraph No.6 of the order dated 18.08.2025 made in Crl.P.Nos.9477, 9577 & 9813 of 2025 the name of the Court is replaced as "Principal Judicial Magistrate of

First Class, Jadcherla" in place of "Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar".
