HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24054 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4.

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.12358 of 2019 by its order dt.21.06.2019. The same is not disputed by learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Company. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions and on the petitioner furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the Municipal Corporation concerned within a period of six months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within a period of six months, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
