HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1875 of 2015 ORDER:

The contempt case itself is filed for non-compliance of the order of this Court, in W.P.No.9369 of 2015 dated 06.04.2015, wherein this Court directed the respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area) places on record the order dated 05.02.2016 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Karimnagar. Though there is element of delay, in as much as the order stands complied with in substance, the contempt case is closed leaving it open to work out the remedies, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 05.02.2016. No order as to costs.
