No representation for the petitioners/ Accused Nos.3 and 11 to 13. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that the present PRC was numbered as SC.No.309 of 2014 and the same ended in acquittal by the judgment dated 12.12.2014 on the file of the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Nandyal, Kurnool District and, hence, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admision itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
