ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the order dated 22.06.2011 in E.C.P.No.93 of 2011 of respondent No.2. At the hearing, Mr.V.H.V.R.R.Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
