- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.32912 OF 2017 ORDER :

Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the Tahsildar, Nelakondapally Mandal, Khammam District, in undertaking correction in the revenue records concerning the property to an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas in Sy.No.45/AA of Buddaram Village, Nelakondapally Mandal, Khammam District and entering the name of the 6th respondent in the revenue records. 2.

According to the petitioner such corrections were made without notice and behind the back of the petitioner causing undue hardship and suffering.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to prefer appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Khammam against the decision of the Tahsildar in undertaking correction in the revenue records and mutating the name of the 6th respondent.

Granting the said liberty the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
