This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking grant of bail in crime No.89 of 2015 of Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Peddapuram, East Godavari District, registered for the offences under Section 8(c) read with Section 20(B)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The earlier bail applications filed by the petitioner/A.1 were dismissed by this Court. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A.1. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed.
