THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21016 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.19018 of 2017 dt.14-06-2017. A copy of the said order is placed on record. Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, there shall be following similar order in this case also: "Having regard to the submissions made by both the counsel, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to issue NOC in favour of the petitioner in respect of the bus bearing No.AP-03TE-0337 on his furnishing an undertaking in favour of the respondent-Corporation, to make good the Corporation from its claim of non-liability, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
