Heard Mr.Anil Kumar.

The Official Liquidator in the application makes the following prayer:

"i. extend the time by another six months for disbursement of dividend to the creditors of the firms ( in Liqn. ) as ordered by this Hon'ble Court vide common order dated 13.04.2015 made in C.A.Nos..650 to of in C.P.Nos.11,16,13,15,12,10 & 14 of 1999.

ii. permit the Official Liquidator to operate the dividend accounts, which were opened by the Official Liquidator, for a further period of 6 months. iii. permit the Official Liquidator to take all necessary actions, steps and incur necessary expenditure, which are incidental for disbursement of dividend to the creditors of the firms (In Liqn.).

iv. order the costs of this application do come out of the assets of the firms (In Liqn.); and pass such further or other order or orders as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper."

The Official Liquidator in the accompanying affidavit in Paragraph No.3 has set out the additional amounts received and the necessity to distribute dividend to the creditors of the company. The application is ordered as prayed for.
