This Petition coming on for hearing,upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T Pradyumna Kumar Reddy,Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor Telangana on behalf of the Sole Respondent.

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.4208 OF 2OL7 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner-accused to direct the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar to issue summons to the concerned officials and call for the documents sought for in Crl.M.P.No.195 of 2016 in S.C.No.795 of 2015 on the file of iII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above Sessions Case was ended in conviction. Since the Sessions Case itself was ended in conviction, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
