Assailing the action of the fourth respondent in not registering FIR even after receiving the complaint, dated 26.09.2019, lodged by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, subsequent to sending the complaint by registered post with acknowledgment due, the petitioner has personally approached the fourth respondent and lodged a complaint. Acting on the said complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.973 of 2019 on 05.12.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC on the file of the Madhapur Police Station and the matter is under investigation. A copy of the FIR is placed on record. 4.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the fourth respondent, since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, this Court is of the view that no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.
