This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 406 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 20.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.903 of 2016 in CC No.700 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kamareddy.

Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.

The criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
