HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3512 of 2018 ORDER:

The revision petitioner filed I.A.No.22 of 2017 to send respondents to civil imprisonment for alleged disobedience of orders in I.A.No.757 of 2016.

The trial Court, however, did not see any reason to punish the respondents herein and accordingly dismissed I.A.No.22 of 2017. After seeing the material on record, this Court is of the view that the trial court has rightly dismissed I.A.No.22 of 2017 and I see no reason to interfere with the order impugned in the revision. However, I.A.No.757 of 2016 filed for temporary injunction is still pending. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.757 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
