This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 02.09.2015 passed in I.A.No.453 of 2015 in F.C.O.P.No.740 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad.

As per the office note, the trial court disposed of the FCOP on 29.09.2016.

In view of the disposal of the FCOP, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
