HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5347 of 2014 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed against A.2 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Wanaparthy, in C.C.No.595 of on 25.09.2014, and later the case was compromised before Lok Adalat on 08.07.2017, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
