HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.6813 of 2022 PROCEEDING SHEET 18.08.2022 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2022 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking permission to post this petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.10.08.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6813 of 2022.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that this Court on 10.08.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.6813 of 2022; and that there are some typographical mistakes in the said order which are as follows;

i) At para 1 of the order it is typed as Accused No.4 instead of Accused No.1 ii) At para 1 of the order it is typed as Crime No.103 of 2021 instead of Crime No.102 of 2021.

iii) In the operative portion at para 5(ii) it is typed as Gundala Police Station instead of Ichoda Police Station, Adilabad.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to substitute para 1 and para 5 (i), (ii), (iii) & (iv) of the order with the following paras and issue corrected copy of the order.

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short

'Cr.P.C.) seeking regular bail to the petitioner/A1 in connection with Crime No.102 of 2021 on the file of Ichoda Police Station, Adilabad (S.C.No.81 of 2022 on the file of I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Adilabad) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 307, 120-B, 448, 427 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal code.

5(i) The petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to be released on bail on executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Adilabad. ii) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall not enter Gundala Village for a period of four months.

iii) Meanwhile, the petitioner/Accused No.1 shall report before Ichoda Police Station, Adilabad on every even dates for a period of four months, except on the dates when trial is scheduled in the Court.

iv) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.5 (ii) the petitioner."

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.10.08.2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
