Pentem Shankaraiah And 8 Others v. The State Of Telangana And 6 Others
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24092 of 2019 O R D E R:
Petitioners assert that they purchased various extents of land in Survey No.44/1 of Miyapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and that they came to know that respondent No.4 herein got regularized the land to an extent of 3035 square meters in Survey No.44/1 and respondent No.7 obtained building permission vide permit dated 20.05.2019 for construction in an open plot in Survey No.44/1 by misrepresenting the authorities, as such, they submitted representation dated 26.08.2019 before respondent No.2 with respect to the misdeeds committed by respondent Nos.4 and 7. Their grievance is that so far, no action has been taken thereon.
As the petitioners complain inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering their representation, there is no need to issue notice to respondent Nos.4 to 7 at this stage. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the representation of the petitioners would be considered and necessary action would be taken. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners and take a decision thereon and communicate the same to them. The entire exercise shall be
completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall issue notice to respondent Nos.4 to 7 by following due procedure, before taking any action.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:05.11.2019 kdl
