HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.13701 of 2013 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed, charge sheet has been filed before the Court concerned and the case ended in acquittal of the accused vide order dt.09.01.2017 in C.C.No.165 of 2015, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
