This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,' 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.1 in connection with Crime No.104 of 2021 on the file of Ichoda Police Station, Adilabad (S.C.No.104 of 2022 on the file of I- Additional District & Sessions Judge, Adilabad) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 307, 324, 120-B, 448, 427 read with Section 149 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.
The petitioner was granted bail in this crime on 27.12.2021 and thereafter by virtue of the order of this Court dated 03.02.2022 in Criminal Petition No.9923 of 2021, bail was cancelled. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in all three cases in which the petitioner is involved, trial commenced and eye witnesses in the said cases were examined. Further, there is no complaint from any quarter that there is any act of influence that is exerted on the witnesses.

In the circumstances, since the petitioner is in jail for more than a year and trial has commenced and also eye-witnesses being examined, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner can be released on bail subject to the following conditions i. The petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to be released on bail on executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the I-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Adilabad.
ii. The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall not enter Gundala Village for a period of four months.
iii. Meanwhile, the petitioner/Accused No.1 shall report before Gundala Police Station on every even dates for a period of four months, except on the dates when trial is scheduled in the Court.
iii. The Petitioner/Accused No.1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437 (3) of Cr.P.C. 6.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
