ORDER

Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioner-APSRTC submits that no private operator has been allowed by the Orissa State Transport Authority and in view of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.294, Transport, Roads and Buildings (Tr.I), dated 13.10.2008, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
