J.Anil Kumar, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.23546 of 2016 ORDER :
Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) for respondents.
2.
The petitioner's grievance is that no action was initiated by respondent nos.1 to 3 on the complaint dt.28.10.2011 forwarded by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Hindupur on 02.11.2011 to the 3rd respondent.
3.
The 3rd respondent has filed a counter on 25.07.2016 stating that Crime No.143 of 2016 had been registered, and that investigation has been taken up.
4. Though the counsel for 4th respondent states that the contents of the complaint only indicate the existence of a civil dispute between petitioner and 4th respondent, I am not inclined to go into the said issue and direct the 3rd respondent to file a final report before the competent Court in accordance with law.
5.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
6.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________
