Learned counsel for the petitioners addressed letter, dated 04.11.2019, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Today, at the hearing, Sri Prabhakar Sripada, learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterated the contents of the said letter. In view of the same, permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order stands vacated. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
