THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6999 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A14 seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar vide order dated 02.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.3709 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.2104 of 2019 in Cr.No.521 of 2018. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A14 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. 3.

By order, dated 14.05.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.2104 of 2019 in Cr.No.521 of 2018, the Court below, while granting bail, directed the petitioner/A14 to appear before the Station House Officer, Shameerpet Police Station, on every Monday and Thursday, at once, between 10-00 AM and 2-00 PM., till filing of the charge sheet; and the said condition was modified vide order dated 02.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.3709 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.2104 of 2019 in Cr.No.521 of 2018, directing the petitioner to appear before the SHO concerned on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM., till filing of the charge sheet.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and since it is represented that the petitioner has been complying with the aforesaid condition regularly, the condition imposed by the Court below vide order impugned, is hereby modified directing the petitioner/A14 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on third Monday of every month between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM., till filing of the charge sheet.

With the aforesaid modification, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
