to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.10.08.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6822 of 2022. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that this Court on 10.08.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.6822 of 2022; and that there are some typographical mistakes in the said order which are as follows;

i) At para 1 of the order it is typed as Crime No.102 of 2021 instead of Crime No.103 of 2021.

ii) In the operative portion at para 5(iii) it is typed as Gundala Police Station instead of Ichoda Police Station, Adilabad.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to substitute para 1 and para 5 (iii) of the order with the following paras and issue corrected copy of the order.

"1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.4 in connection with Crime No.103 of 2021 on the file of Ichoda Police Station, Adilabad (S.C.No.80 of 2022 on the file of IAdditional District & Sessions Judge, Adilabad) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 307, 120-B, 448, 427 read with Section 149 IPC.

5(iii) Meanwhile, the petitioner/Accused No.4 shall report before Ichoda Police Station, Adilabad on every even dates for a period of four months, except on the dates when trial is scheduled in the Court." Accordingly, the earlier order dt.10.08.2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
