THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 28826 OF 2008 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 as illegal, unlawful and unjust and to direct them to restore the water connection forthwith to the petitioner's water connection service No.613373953 premises bearing No. (TRT No.53), Sitaphalmandi, Secunderabad....."

This Court while issuing notice before admission on 30.12.2008, directed that the water connection to the petitioner's premises shall be restored.

In those circumstances, the relief which the petitioner claimed stands granted.

Hence, the writ petition is closed. It is made clear that the petitioner shall pay the amounts if any due to respondent Nos.1 and 2 in respect to the aforesaid service connection. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
