O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that 4th respondent - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Durgi Police Station, Guntur District, is not conducting proper investigation in Cr.No.76 of 2017 dated 18.06.2017, which is registered based on the complaint lodged by him. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of 4th respondent, stating that they conducted investigation and it revealed that the allegations of the writ petitioner, are false and in correct and hence after obtaining referral orders from the Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Gurazala vide C.No.227/Ref/SDPO-GZL/2017 dated 30.08.2017, referred the crime as 'false'. On 4.7.

2018, notice was served on the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgement due and final report was filed before the court of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Macherla on 06.07.2017. Along with the written instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced copies of proceedings of SDPO dated 30.08.2017, duplicate of notice sent to the petitioner, postal receipt evidencing that notice was sent to the petitioner and postal acknowledgement of the petitioner.

Recording the above statement of the 4th respondent made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
