ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: " .....to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the worked period salary of contingent employee to the petitioner from June 2014 and subjecting for exploitative enslavement due to the helpless condition, poverty and other disabilities as highly illegal, totally arbitrary, unfair, unjust against the law and principles of natural justice on the part of the respondents and prays to direct the respondents herein to pay worked period salary of the petitioner as contingent employee from June, 2014 onwards with arrears by allowing her to discharge her duty forthwith and also award exorbitant costs against respondents herein....." .

Heard Sri Ch.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is discharging his duties to the best satisfaction of his superiors, but the respondents are not paying the salary for the service rendered by him from 14.06.2014 to till date. Though the Head Master of the School concerned where the petitioner is working has recommended his case to the respondents vide letter dated 08.08.2016, the respondents have not passed any orders on the said recommendation. In those set of circumstances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 12.06.2019, but, so far, the respondents have not passed any orders on the said representation nor paid salary to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.06.2019 by duly taking into account the recommendations made by the Head Master of the School for payment of salary to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that respondents 1 and 2 would consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.06.2019 by duly taking into account the recommendations made by the Head Master of the School for payment of salary to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.06.2019 by duly taking into account the recommendations made by the Head Master of the School for payment of salary to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
