SMT JUSTI CE T.RAJANI CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TON No.3 5 1 0 OF 2 0 1 8 ORDER:

This petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, questioning the docket order, dated 07.02.2018, passed in OS No.315 of 2011, by virtue of which the court dismissed the petition, which was filed seeking for marking of the document, which is an unregistered agreement of sale.

2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent.

3.

The counsel for the petitioner does not deny the propriety of the order of the lower court in holding that it is the District Registrar, who is competent to impound the document. He also does not challenge the order on that aspect.

4.

A perusal of the order shows that liberty was given to the petitioner to get it impounded. Hence, this court does not find any reason to interfere with the said order.

5.

In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
