I have heard the submissions of Sri G.Anandam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners; and, of Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent in the contempt case. I have perused the material record. 2.
I.A.No.1 of 2018 is an application filed by the respondent to dispense with his presence before this Court. Having regard to the submissions now made and the submissions in the affidavit filed in support of the Application, this Court is satisfied that sufficient cause is shown for dispensing with the presence of the respondent in the contempt case before this Court. Accordingly, I.A.no.1 of 2018 is ordered.

When the contempt case is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, having drawn the attention of this Court to the counter filed, stated that the orders of this Court are duly complied with. In the counter affidavit, an apology is tendered for the delay that occasioned in complying with the orders of this Court and it is stated that the delay that occasioned is not due to wilful and wanton reasons.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the compliance of the orders of this Court no cause survives for adjudication in this contempt case.

Having regard to the submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. Though there is some delay in compliance of the orders of this Court, this Court is not inclined to take serious view of the matter, as it appears that the conduct resulting in delay is not contumacious. There shall be no order as to costs.
