Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this civil revision petition with a liberty to raise all contentions on facts and law in E.A.No.804 of 2014 filed under Order 21 Rule 90 C.P.C. by him in E.P.No.102 of 2012 in O.S.No.89 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.

2. Granting liberty as sought, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. 3.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
