ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 04.04.2015, in I.A.No.141 of 2016 in O.S.No.101 of 2015, on the file of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge at Anakapalle.

At the hearing, Sri K.Sudershan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the parties to this civil revision petition have compromised and that therefore, the petitioner does not intend to pursue this civil revision petition.

In the light of this submission, the civil revision petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the CRP, CRP.MP.No.3622 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
