This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent police in not registering the FIR against the unofficial respondents 6 to 9.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.138/2018, dated 27.06.2018 was registered against the unofficial respondents under Sections 294 (6), 506 IPC.

Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
