THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15690 of 2016 ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not registering crime against the unofficial respondents, i.e., respondents 4, 5, & 6 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct respondent No.3 to register a crime against the unofficial respondents.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that in pursuance of the complaint dated 30.03.2016 given by the petitioner, Crime No.145 of 2016 was registered under Sections 420, 384 & 506 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of the Sarpavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, and in view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
