It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court W.P.No.26929 of 2017 dated 31-10-2016 and same is not disputed by Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 & 4. Since it is stated that representation of the petitioners dated 15.06.2018 is stated to be pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to take action and dispose of the same.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15.06.2018 in terms of judgment of this Court, dated 31-10-2016 passed in WP.No.26929 of 2016 & batch.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
