THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8364 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2023 of 2014 on the file of the 1st Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam District for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner are punishable under Sections 341, 323, 509, 506 IPC. During hearing, learned counsel for the second respondent reported no objection to quash the proceedings. In view of the no objection reported by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the present criminal petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.2023 of 2014 on the file of the 1st Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam District.

In the result, the criminal petition is allowed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
