THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.18726 OF 2010 ORDER:

When the matter was called on 01.11.2016 and subsequently, on 20.12.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition. In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
