This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in FIR Cr.No.196 of 2019 of P.S.Kukatpally, registered for the offences under Sections 447 and 427 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, against the petitioner/accused No.2. 02.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 03.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has submitted a copy of Letter dated 21-07-2022 wherein the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kukatpally P.S., mentioned that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, and the same is numbered as C.C.No.5629 of 2019.

The same is recorded.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition is already been

defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous. 06.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
