Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 respectively and Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, apart from perusing the material on record. The case of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that he submitted an application for establishment of petroleum outlet at Kadiri, Anantapur District and all statutory authorities have granted 'No Objection' for the same except the second respondent-municipality.

In elaboration, it is further submitted by the learned counsel that the Joint Collector, Ananthapuram-fourth respondent herein, vide letter in Rc.No.20/2018, dated -01-2018, requested the Municipal Commissioner, Kadiri-second respondent herein to inspect the subject premises and, despite the same, the respondent-municipal authorities are not taking any action.

Today, when the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner herein has to make an application, along with the required documents and the necessary fee, for conversion of the nature of the land from residential to commercial purpose, and, if any such application is made by the

petitioner herein, the same would be considered and appropriate further action would be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make an application, along with the required documents, with necessary fee for conversion, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, if any such application is made, the same be considered and appropriate further action, as per law, be taken by the respondents herein, within a period of two weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
