HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5882 of 2008 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed to call for the records relating to E.P.No.18 of 2005 in O.S.No.789 of 1998 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District and to set aside the order dated 05.12.2008.

2. When this matter was listed on 19.08.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and it was directed to be listed under the caption of dismissal on 22.08.2016. Though the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 22.08.2016, there was no representation and in order to give one more opportunity the matter was adjourned to this date under the caption of dismissal.

3. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
