The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the third respondent in not registering FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 03.08.2019 said to have been made by the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader, on written instructions dated 04.11.2019, would submit that no complaint has been received by the third respondent, as yet, from the petitioner, and as such, no action was taken. Learned Government Pleader would further submit that in the event the petitioner approaches the third respondent and submits a complaint, action will be taken in accordance with law. Recoding the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
