HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the charge memo dated 31.03.2013, continuing the disciplinary proceedings for such long time, causing undue hardship and suffering to petitioner. 2.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned standing counsel representing 3rd respondent agree for final disposal of writ petition with a direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings expeditiously.

Having regard to the fact that disciplinary proceedings are of the year 2013, writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent-temple to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
