HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 2103 OF 2015 O R D E R:

Complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent of the order dated 09.04.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 9861 of 2015, the petitioners have filed this Contempt Case.

On 11.12.2015, this Court, finding, prima facie, violation of the order complained of in this Contempt Case, issued notice in Form-I to the respondent. Thereafter, on 29.01.2016, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) submitted that the order dated 09.04.2015 has been complied with. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri V.S. Venkat has circulated a letter dated 18.11.2016 to the Registry to list this Contempt Case before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal', as the order dated 09.04.2015 has already been complied with.

In that view of the matter, today, the Contempt Case appears on Board and it is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
