This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents 3 and 4 colleges in not returning the original certificates of 10th class and intermediate of the petitioners after completion of the courses in the respondents 3 and 4 colleges and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary.

During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition the respondents 3 and 4 colleges have returned the original certificates of the petitioners and therefore the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration by this Court.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
