This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction mostly one which is in the nature of a Writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents to transfer my name from entry in the voters list of Maddikunta village vide NIQ 03988602 to the list of Sadasivapeta Municipality and consequently direct the Respondents to publish Petitioner name in final voter list of Sadasivapet Municipality."

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that the application of the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed within a week's time.
