THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.24088 of 2019 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in registering FIR on the basis of the complaints dated 28.06.2018 and 31.10.2019 submitted by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader, having received written instructions, dated 04.11.2019, from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kachiguda Police Station, Hyderabad, would submit that, upon receipt of the complaint from the petitioner on 31.10.2019, on enquiry, it is revealed that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and one Sudhakar, upon which, the fourth respondent sent a notice through registered post to the petitioner on 02.11.2019 informing him that the complaint given by him is civil in nature and advised him to approach the concerned Court. A copy of the notice dated 02.11.2019 has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bench. Inasmuch as the respondents have issued a notice stating as to the action taken by them on the complaint, it is open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR Date:05.11.2019 GJ
