Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and Sri Gattu Kiran Kumar, learned standing counsel for Bhoodan Yagna Board appearing for respondent No.5. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 is not disposing of the representation dated 27.10.2021 made by him for deletion of the land admeasuring Acs.4.16 guntas in Survey No.27/A situated at Chennaram Village, Achampet Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, from the list of prohibited properties.

Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioner makes an application online in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law. 4.
Having regard to the above submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the writ petition is
disposed of permitting the petitioner to make an application for deletion of the land admeasuring Acs.4.16 guntas in Survey No.27/A situated at Chennaram Village, Achampet Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, from the list of prohibited properties through online in Dharani Portal, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submission of such application, the respondent No.2 shall consider the same and pass necessary orders thereon strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of application by the petitioner, duly putting on notice all the parties concerned and considering the objections, if any, filed.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
