ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the Perurupadu Fishermen Co-Operative Society, Perurupadu, Dondapadu Village, Bollapalli Mandal, Guntur District-respondent No.5 to act in accordance with order, vide proceedings No.3864/I.2/2006, dated 23.9.2011, of respondent No.1 and the consequential order in memo, vide No.FDO/VSK-3/FCS/2011, dated 12.10.2011 and notice No.FDO/urgent/Fish, dated 18.4.2012, of respondent No.4.
At the hearing, Sri Anamcharla Satish Babu, the learned counsel representing Ms Vidyavathi, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that as the relief claimed in this Writ Petition pertains to the year 2011-12, with the efflux of time the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is
disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.16266 and 16267 of 2012 are disposed of as infructuous.
