THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6815 of 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and A.1 seeking bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.404 of 2022 on the file of Balapur Police Station, Rachakonda District registered for the offences punishable under Section 365 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners allegedly abducted the de-facto complainant and forced him to part with Rs.65,000/- which was earlier invested by these petitioners. Aggrieved by the said act of abduction and threatening to return the amount invested by these petitioners, the present complaint is filed. 4.
As seen from the complaint, petitioners are victims in the hands of the de-facto complainant. For the said reason, the petitioners the petitioners can be released on anticipatory bail. 5.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 1 shall be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest, subject to the following conditions:
1) The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 1 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Balapur Police Station, Hyderabad within ten days and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer, shall release the petitioner/Accused on bail, on their executing personal bonds each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to his satisfaction.
2) On such release, the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 1 shall appear before the police on every Monday for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required, for the purpose of investigation.
3) The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
