HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20976 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the crime on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.03.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint an entry was made into the Station General Diary; and that in the preliminary enquiry it is clearly revealed that the dispute of the petitioner is purely civil in nature. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to take action on the complaint of the petitioner in terms of the Judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
