This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking bail in NSC No.439 of 2017 in Crime No.34 of 2017 on the file of Makavarapalem Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) 25 read with 8(c) of NDPS Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law.
